Each year at the November Commencement held at Kincardine and District Secondary School, the CFUW Kincardine Club presents a bursary to a graduating female student who has gone on to pursue a post secondary education. As there were two graduating classes in 2003, two bursaries were presented.

To help raise funds for the bursary, our club occasionally has a garage sale. We also bring books that we have finished with  to our meetings where another member can purchase a book for a loonie. Any left over books are given to the town library.
Each August we host our Garden Tea Party. It's a sold out event.

Thanks to the fund raising efforts of the calendar girls, we now have a Bursary Trust Fund which enables us to present a bursary to a mature woman who wants to return to complete her education.
